Organik İnsan Podcast Pro is used to manage the Organik İnsan Podcast archive, send podcast audio links, and provide a private mobile archive experience for approved users.

Information We Process

When you use the mobile archive or sender tools, we may process your email address, login identity, podcast archive metadata, audio link request details, temporary download link records, and technical logs required to operate the service.

Google OAuth and Gmail Access

The app requests the Gmail send permission only to send podcast audio download links from the authorized sender account. We do not read, list, search, modify, or delete mailbox content. Gmail access tokens are used server-side by the Cloudflare Worker only for sending requested email messages.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to authenticate approved users, create temporary audio download links, send email notifications or audio links, maintain podcast archive status, and keep the service reliable.

Storage and Retention

Temporary download links are designed to expire. Operational records are kept only as needed for archive management, troubleshooting, security, and continuity of the podcast service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to operate the service, such as Cloudflare for hosting/storage and Google APIs for Gmail sending.

Your Choices

You may request removal of your access or related contact information by emailing the address below. The sender account owner may revoke Google access from their Google Account security settings at any time.
